I dragged myself to the gym and did 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Monday walked ds to park and let him play while I did laps around the walked back home Tuesday ds rode his bike at park while I ran after him almost 3 miles Wednesday walked to store and back a little over a mile all together Today played with ds outside and 30 min on treadmill -------------------- |
